Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Packages will be shipped to a regional hub and then to the destination country. Once the packages reach their destination country, they are handed over to the country’s local postal service for final delivery. Keep in mind that international orders can take up to 14 days to be delivered.

Do you offer gift-vouchers?

Yes, our gift-vouchers are available for purchase in different price segments.

How can I use a coupon code?

Simply add the item you want to buy to the cart and insert your coupon code into a text box you’ll see after clicking the ‘Buy Now’ button. On the checkout page, you will see a small link entitled HAVE A COUPON? CLICK HERE TO ENTER YOUR CODE. Click this link and a box will open where you can enter your coupon code.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay with debit or credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, Maestro debit cards, American Express as well as Paypal on our online shop.

All payments are protected by the latest encryption systems.

How can I request a refund?

We want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. Our policy offers a full, no-hassle refund within 30 days of your date of purchase. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve.

To request a refund:

  1. Go to:My Account > Dashboard > Orders
  2. Select the order number of the product you want to refund.
  3. Select the ellipsis icon (three dots) next to the order total column. This opens a prompt to Request a Refund. Note: If you do not see the ellipsis icon, it means the 30-day period has passed.

An automated response confirming receipt is sent to the email address associated with your account. And once we’ve had a chance to review the request, we will be in touch about the refund process.

We shall make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. But our payment processor or your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
